  Mr Howard of Go Outdoors Property Maintenance gave me a quote for my leaking roof and I gave him the go ahead. They arrived on the day that they said they would but that is the only good point that I can manage to say about things. The leak was not fixed and I did manage to get them to try and fix things. The first try was some expanding foam inside the loft, I was not happy with that and needless to say it did not work. The second attempt was to fit a piece of plastic under the last row of tiles and some bodge cement on the side of the tiles along the gully. Yet again this did not solve the problem. Since then I have had numerous phone calls with Mr Howard without him showing up to fix the problem. I'm now going to the small claims court for recompense. DO NOT TOUCH THIS FIRM WITH A BARGE POLE. Response to reply: There was no mention of a re-roof. So how can you attempt to justify your incompetent work is beyond belief. We all have our own problems to deal with you being mine.

  Adam has just completed an excellent repair to our flat roof, and gutter. From assessment, to completion of the job, he has been exemplary. I felt that I could trust him to solve our problems in the most cost effective way. He even rescheduled his workload to fit us in because we had water coming into the house.   I cannot recommend Chris highly enough. He recently completed an office conversion in my home and the result exceeded my expectations. Chris was always punctual, arriving on time every day and keeping the project on schedule. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Communication was excellent, with clear written updates and quick responses whenever I had questions. His work ethic was outstanding, working tirelessly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
