I have been decorating since 1988 in a variety of environments both commercial and domestic.I have worked in pubs,nursing homes large retail stores and shopping malls.Most of my work in the past 20 or so years has been in people’s houses and these have included housing association dwellings,privately rented flats etc and privately owned homes ranging from terraced houses to large detached house both modern and over 100 years old.I’ve interacted with people from all backgrounds,high and low and regard myself as a good communicator and able to get along well with most of the people I’ve worked for.I have experience of most aspects of decorating both interior and exterior.A large proportion of the work I’ve done has been insurance work which has meant a lot of wall paper hanging and all that goes with it,as well as copious amounts of repairs to cracks in ceilings and walls.I have experience in all kinds of paints and finishes as well as special paint effects ie stippling,marbling etc. My aim is to find out what the customer requires,satisfy those requirements to the best of my ability and to the customer’s satisfaction and be as efficient and the least intrusive as possible.
