Agreed installation of new sink but after over 3 weeks of waiting, a no show on day of install, no responses to previous comms since over a week ago. Unfortunately can't recommend despite him being enthusiastic and pleasant during the original quotation! Feel the need to post the review to stop people getting messed about like I did.

MARK has just finished our bathroom and OMG he has done such an amazing job from start to finish Mark came with us to advise on what to buy and what would be most effective in our en suite all the way through the work being carried out Mark was polite professional in manner of work Mark also had a team of colleagues who carried other pieces of work needed Mark boxed in pipes and went above and beyond in creating the finished article to such a high level of excellence I am in the process of doing our family bathroom and without hesitation I shall be using Mark once in the very near future signed a very very happy customer

Neil was very helpful from then outset. Having provided some very useful input while assessing the job, he provided a reasonable quotation pretty quickly. Once awarded the job he turned up as expected and worked solidly throughout. His work was very good and he kept the work area clean and tidy. He was also willing to operate a digger mid way through the job when some additional earth removal was required. There was no drama and working with Neil was very easy. A really friendly but unimposing guy. Thanks Neil - I'll certainly pass your details on to anyone who needs any block or brick work doing and will certainly call if I have other similar work.

What a great lad, came over in the evening to do a site visit and came back promptly with a very competitive quote. I had to delay start briefly as I had no labour to help me remove old roof. Liam stepped into the breach and helped me with this. The following week he was there on time and ready to go not phased by slight delay because of weather & unseen snags with levels, sorted by my bricklayer another My Builder member. Liam will work well and safely on his own with a full kit of his own professional tools and his output is tremendous. On the first morning of deck job I had to go out for a while,I returned and was amazed at what he had achieved on his own, we are talking 5mtr 9" x 2" beams lifted up onto a structure and fixed. At all times he worked in a seamless professional manner, with a positive plan for the job, discussing any unforseen snags with an appropriate solution before overcoming them. Liam was always polite and courteous carrying out a marvellous job in record time for me. I have other jobs that I would not hesitate to employ Liam on as soon as he is free I can be fussy with my jobs, my background was Maintenance Manager at a London Uni and I have exacting standards. Liam met all my criteria. Don't be put off by his youthful looks, this is one good tradesman with old school skills and ethos. My long term friend who did the final roof cover, a specialist Flat Roof Contractor for 40 years+ commented on what a good roof he had built.

Brett was great, through from a prompt initial visit followed by a quote the next day right through to finishing the job. He ended up staying an extra half day as it took longer than anticipated but he only invoiced in line with the original quote. Tricky tiling job on very uneven walls and we’re very happy with the end product. He left the bathroom as tidy as he’d found it at the end of each day. Great value for money and we will look to work again with Brett in the future.
