Stefan and his team did a fantastic job on a complete renovation of our bathroom. They also did some work on our floors replacing floorboards as well as installing lighting in our hallway and repairing drywall. Really happy overall.

Not the best at communicating, needed prompting a couple of times. EICR was done and rated as unsatisfactory, advising several remedial works to be done. This purpose built flat by St George is not old and had successful EICR done previously so I was quite surprised by this report. The invoice was paid immediately and transaction details sent but I still received a message a few days later for payment!

AMAZING CONTRACTORS ! Mali Constructions did an absolutely amazing job. They were professional and vey friendly. The works took 3 weeks and Mali ensured the works were carried out with high expertise. Such a smooth and great service and worthy every penny. The pricing was reasonable and within my budget and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The project was completed to a great standard and we are very happy with our new space and would absolutely recommend Mali Construction to anyone looking to complete work. If you are looking for a contractor with great communication, great workmanship and priced correctly, I would definitely use Mali Construction Ltd. Mali would provide regular updates, discussions and even worked with my many changes to the plans during the process with no issues. No matter time or day, they were always on hand to respond to any questions. They were also quick to point out unnecessary extras that ended up saving us money.

Andi did a great job, stabilising washbasin & pedestal as well as cistern & toilet bowl in my loft bathroom (these had been poorly installed some years before by a loft builder who prided themselves on ‘not cutting corners’). Andi’s work is very neat and thorough. He cleaned up all the debris and took it away too. I was very, very pleased with the high standard of his work and would have no hesitation in using his services again and recommending him to others.

I had a major leak on Sunday from my boiler 2 plumbers were called and could fix it so I called Ray at Total Plumbcare Ltd and he has managed to replace some parts and get it up and running again.
