I have to say - I have never seen such great service and efficiency. Andrew has been absolutely fantastic and transformed my kitchen. He guided me through every step of installing my new kitchen - a task I was dreading. His workmanship is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. I have just had a new bathroom suite fitted by Ken.... the work that he carried out was of the highest standard, the bathroom started out as very dated and ended up like a " show room " or luxury hotel bathroom I found Ken to be friendly, tidy and trustworthy, he was meticulous in all aspects of the job from tiling to fitting the appliances, he didnt leave till everything was perfect. Paul got in touch with me promptly and offered to come and replace the cooker hood the next day. He also went to the shop and bought the correct size and model of hood for the space I had in my kitchen. He did a good job of fitting this and the cooker hood works a treat. At the end he cleared away any rubbish and took away the old hood. I definitely recommend him,

Michael did a job for me 3 years ago but the job was poorly done. He agreed a price for the job & I clarified that all the old stuff between my garden flags would be removed before new resin put in. He did not remove the old stuff as I found bits sticking out. He came back to remove these and 'top up' with resin. When I initially saw the finished result I was unhappy. Flags he reset were not level. These began moving again only weeks later. He came back several times to try to rectify at the time. However as it was poorly done (only a thin layer), the resin has been coming out in chunks (since a few months after the job) and I can now see that there is loads of loose chunks of mortar in the joints. The resin only works if the joint is totally clear & use 2.5cm deep of resin. My patio is a mess and I can't afford to sort it out again. I don't usually leave reviews but the last couple of years looking at my awful patio gets me down and I wanted others to avoid the same situation.
