While the person was pleasant to work with and reasonably priced, the quality of work was disappointing. He repeatedly asked for additional money to complete the job he was originally hired to do. Unfortunately, after I mistakenly paid him before the work was fully completed, he never returned to finish it, citing excuses like issues with his van or needing to take his kids to school. If you're looking for reliable and high-quality work, I would recommend seeking someone else. L.B.C is not a business you can depend on to deliver a satisfactory result. I still have additional work to do in my garden, but I will be hiring someone else.

Naeem was very polite and friendly on the phone and in person. When he arrived he got straight to work and identified the fault after a thorough inspection. He repaired my boiler with minimal cost, showing me the faulty and replacement parts. He was also very helpful advising me about general boiler care. Naeem is a a highly professional and honest engineer. God bless him. I'm definatly saving his number.

Very happy with the job and very professional. Quickly responded, had a good idea on what we wanted. He had to remove old slabs and had to readjust things which were done in a nice professional way. Outcome is exactly what we wanted. Very reasonable price too. Very happy customer. Will hire again

Ali renovated external double doors for me, replacing the glass, refinishing the wood, and reinstalling them with improved and additional locks. He did the work quickly and to a high standard. I've since had him do some work in my kitchen, also completely very nicely and matching the current kitchen units. Ali is competent, organised and friendly, a pleasure to work with. I've recommended him to a number of friends and thn work he's done for them – including building cupboards and installing worktops – has all been done to a high standard. I would recommend him without reservation.

messy , from start to finish. Did the work at a reasonable price, in the timeframe required, and to a high standard. He was helpful with suggestions of what could be done and how to take care of the flat in the future, and he did a couple of bits and pieces that weren't in the initial plan for free because of his commitment to doing a complete job. I will definitely be asking Messy to come back if I want any more work need to be done
