A+++ Highly recommend this guy! Honest, reliable and finishes all jobs nicely! Although we initially hired him for just a bathroom tiling job, we were so thrilled with his work that we have hired him back for various jobs (carpentry, plastering and skimming) around the house. In a world full of sh!t builders, you can count on this guy to do the job thoroughly at a fair price.

I spent a long time in the Royal Engineers where I picked up a lot of my skills I have many years of experience in all aspects of the building trade, kitchen fitting, laminated floors, door hanging, skirts and architraves, plumbing, I like to think i'm a very clean worker and always leave a job in the same condition i'd like to find it. I have people I can call upon if gas or electrics are involved, I am fully insured and CRB checked, all references etc are available upon request.

I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. He repaired my recently installed engineered wood floor after it had been damaged by a decorator, and the results are outstanding. The damage was very noticeable, but Michael’s skill and attention to detail have made it almost impossible to tell where the repairs were carried out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care throughout the process, explaining what he was doing and ensuring the finish matched the rest of the floor perfectly. If you’re looking for someone to repair or restore wooden flooring, Michael can definitely help. I’m delighted with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Petru has just completed the render of my extension and it was beautifully done. He and his team worked fast and efficiently using every bit of the limited light and poor weather we have had lately. Petru completed the job and left the garden neat and tidy. I will certainly use this company for future rendering work. The work was completed using EWI rendering and both coats look really good, I am well pleased.

Needed to disconnect a radiator and gas hob in the kitchen before renovating. Maudo responded quickly came around next day and sorted it out. Made sure everything was left in working order. Would use him again for my next job.

**A good standard of workmanship for supply and fitting of four air bricks** The job was on a large double front Victorian town house in London. The scope changed due to last minute client change, from three air bricks to four which was competitively re-priced. Marian's communication was excellent and timely. Reference photos were provided and the builder has solid specialist experience in handling the products. He matched the mortar carefully. The job had several challenges including working at height, without power, and with no cavity in walls, Flemish brick bond. The job was completed within a few days of invitation on mybuilder. I would not hesitate to recommend Marian and his friend to anyone for specialist Victorian private work in the north London area.
