Jack was very professional from the first contact to the end of the job. He sourced all the equipment including very well matched bricks. He kept me informed of what he was doing all through the job, including when taking the window out; the first time he had done anything like that. But he was careful and removed it very quickly and safely. He worked hard and conscientiously all day, including when washing down the paths and side road. I would highly recommend Jack and would have no issues with using him again. All the best for the future.

Didn't really want to leave a review, as job not finished to spec promised.. wall left unplastered and shower unit is upside down, and toilet seat doesnt fit toilet, but I do have a working bathroom so am in a better position than I was.

We recently had our bedroom ceiling vaulted by Joel and the team, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish the team were punctual, hardworking and genuinely pleasant to have in the house. They went out of their way to minimise disruption to our day-to-day life and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. The finished vaulted ceiling looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room. We were so impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism that we’ve since asked them back to replaster our landing and stairs and fit new carpets. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

I hired Alex to do a number of awkward and tricky maintenance jobs including repairing and painting our old Hall door, installing a panel of etched glass into an old door frame and re-positioning of an internal door. Alex was fully committed to the job and took the care to devote extra time in order to get everything just right. Overall we were extremely pleased with the job - we are especially pleased with the restoration job on the hall door which will extent its life for many more years!! Would definitely recommend.

Steven was fantastic at co-ordinating this tricky and rather unglamorous project - he was very knowledgable about working on listed properties, full of brilliant ideas and solutions and responded well to all the curve-balls that come with renovating an old unloved building. He and the team were great at keeping me updated on progress, work was finished to a high standard and everyone was polite, friendly and cleaned away after them.

The job that Ben & Brad did was simply superb! They took great care & attention to detail in the tiling etc, our new bathroom looks stunning thanks to them. Just as importantly to me, they had a great positive attitude, so were a pleasure to have around the house: they got straight on with the work and worked so hard each day. They were also respectful to both us & our house: asked/discussed my preference on any choices that arose, kept me well informed on their plan with polite & clear explanations, and tidied up after themselves leaving it v clean & tidy each day. They treated our home as if it was their own (which many say, but Ben & Brad really did!). I really couldn't have asked for a better service, we're very happy with it - thank you both :-) Will definitely be coming back for more when needed.

Good job done, looked really nice, slight lack of communication so we walked on the path before it had time to dry and messed up a few slabs but he came back and re did those few slabs and now looks as good as new.. would recommend
