Hi im Chan, i am finisher/ snagger on new build houses. I finish the jobs the other tradesmen were not able to while they were on site. I also assemble and disassemble furniture andmount TV brackets. I supply and fit flooring, and also fit floorings provided by the customer. Level and repair old floors.I have all of my tools to complete minor repairs around the home inside and out, sealing of windows, doors, kitchens and bathrooms, i also repair driveways and paths and external steps.

Conversions - General- 21 Oct 2014
We are really pleased with the building work carried out - our kitchen / dining room has been transformed! A few unforseen issues came up during the work (existing steels and beams hiding in the ceiling! ) but these were tackled with minimum fuss. They turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and have even put us in touch with all other trades that we need to get the job finished. We are hopefully getting building control out this week to sign off the work - i will post an update when this has taken place

I really would recommend and would also rehired Ali. He was very nice and very professional. He came to our house and installed the CCTV which is working really well. Our house was fitted with a very old alarm which needed reset. The alarm reset didn't go very well as our key pad didn't work. He agreed to come back a few days later after we got a new pad. He came back and sorted the alarm. Very trustworthy and also considerate. I recommend this man to anyone wanting to fix CCTV or bugglar alarm. He also hasv very reasonable prices for an excellent job. No loose wires or visible cables once he is done it's all nice and clean.
