Left a mess. Mixture was far too runny so heaps of cement was left on the floor, even though we told him twice! Didn't lay many blocks and it took me a full day to clear up the mess after!

Pavel was great at communicating with me before the job was scheduled. Quoted a great price and came on the day and time he said he would prepared for the job. He completed the job in one day, really just cracked on and was able to problem solve with skill when we come up short on a few things. He cleaned up and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I really like the attention to detail he had, when it came to things being flush, you can tell he has a standard and quality of work. Would happily employ him again.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Razvan- he is a complete professional and a really nice guy. Honest and hardworking and takes pride in his work. Pali seems like a nice enough guy but unfortunately we had a very bad experience with his company. We booked his company to install some zellige tiles. We sent some instructions about how they should be installed and were reassured that his tiler had 20 years of experience and that he wouldn't have any issues with the installation. Our tiles were handmade and had taken 8 weeks to come from Morocco. Unfortuntately, Pali's tiler did not follow the guidance of leaving 1-2mm between each tile and left as much as 7mm in places. Now that the tiles have been installed, there's very little we can do to remedy the issue. Pali was initially understanding but gradually become more defensive of his tiler's work. We paid £1800 for two shower enclosures (totalling less that 15sqm). For that price, we expected someone who would take their time and pay attention to detail. Unfortunately that is not what we got. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for high end jobs.

He kept rescheduling and then cancelled the job last minute, came up with an excuse (family emergency) as to why he did not contact me sooner to let me know that he would not be attending… then was rude instead of being apologetic and had the audacity to think he had done nothing wrong! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT WASTE ANY TIME DEALING WITH HIM.
