At all stages of the work Szilard consulted us as to our requirements and preferences and, where problems arose, he never failed to come up with innnovative solutions. Szilard and his team worled tirelessly and obviously took a great deal of pride in their work. They were always cheerful, depsite the searing heat, and took great care of our property clearing up each evening. Amazing communication , organization , and end product . I was hesitant to start with as John did not have any reviews on MyBuilder - however he explained in great detail that he is a new graduate and shared pics of recent work . John displayed great attention to detail and willingness to over communicate from the get-go . He built an amazing base for our new greenhouse-shed , which I am confident will last many many years . Very happy and wish John lots of luck in building what will be a great career !

I could not praise Darek enough for his standard of work, punctuality, professionalism and respect. We hired him in Jan 2018 for the complete renovation of a 4 bedroom house, garden and front patio. Not only did he do each aspect of his job to a high standard, his knowledge and advice went a long way in helping to make repairs we had not identified but were much needed. He offers a very reasonable quote and clearly cares about his work. He has excellent time management, commitment, is reliable and trust worthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

I wholly recommend Paige/OwlFix It enough for his work. To begin, he came over to inspect the work before giving a very reasonable quote, he was very informative, knowledgable and kept us in the loop at every stage in the process. Paige was incredibly professional and friendly and got the work done in only a couple of days. I especially appreciated his meticulous attention to detail, he wanted to do everything just right and he did. Everything looks and works great and left the house in an immaculate condition. Paige was attentive to all our concerned, amazing communication skills and made himself reachable at every point - day or night. He went above and beyond when he was required to do extra work to ensure we didn't run into problems in the future, which he did gracefully and to an incredibly high standard. All in all, I am very very happy to have such a hard-working person complete what turned out to be quite a difficult work, I would recommend Paige in a heartbeat! Thanks for all your help!

Two things about George. Firstly his quality of work is excellent including good attention to detail and care with tidying/cleaning at the end of each day. Secondly, he communicates well both before and during the job - for example mid-way through this project there was a choice of how to do something, and he asked me rather than making a unilateral decision. We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

Rumen fitted an engineered wood floor in a bedroom. He did a professional job and completed it on time, for a very reasonable price. He gave helpful advice on what materials to get, and asked my advice on how I wanted the room to look, including figuring out a tricky bit around a metal fireplace! Rumen was friendly and organised and left the room tidy.
