WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Good job done. Amar arrived to give a quote and gave an expert analysis of the situation. He subsequently returned to sort out the boiler problem and sent me photos of all works done. All necessary paperwork was sent in timely fashion and Amar even returned a second time to sort out a kitchen sink that needed sealing. He did everything he said he would and kept me updated along the way. I would have NO difficulty whatsoever in recommending him.........great job!!!!!!!!!!!

Amol is a really nice guy. The brief I gave him was pretty specific so we didn't get the chance to see much in the way of his design flair but the drawings were all of excellent quality. After an initial issue with applying for the wrong type of planning permission Amol more than redeemed himself by talking the planners around after they initially turned down my application. Aftercare has also been excellent...we needed to contact him again after a year to get some structural calculations which he supplied quickly and without fuss.

I had a really good experience with Martin. He arrived on time and was very helpful taking the time to go over my options - nothing seemed too much trouble! I was impressed that he was able to find and fit the tap I wanted the very same day which I'm really pleased about. The tap runs well and looks good. I will definitely be using Martin again and would highly recommend.

I gave the Company additional jobs, as he had promised he could do it.. The builders caused more damage. I had to pay to undo the badly done jobs, as it was causing damp to rise from the cement they poured in the kitchen , having done a terrible jobs of the plumping works. The builders also left my house in a mess, with condoms, vomit, dirty under wears... and much items were damped at my propperty from another building site and home. Ivan than dissapeared to Prague, Czech...and so did his builders Was not able to get refund from him or his bank. Broadlight Theft Broadlight Abuse. Broadlight Damage. My utility bills was run over £1200, while carrying the works.. I lost at least £15,000 incl undoing the bad jobs n doing it again, plus utility bills.. The only thing done well was knocking down the partion wall in kitchen, which was a demolish job, labour only. This company is a liability...

Dan with his colleague worked on our kitchen extension, carefully removing the old London Stock bricks and using them in a new wall. Dan is a caring, thoughtful and friendly bricklayer. His work is very nicely finished. Dan also laid slabs in the back and side of the house. Again very neat work. I would always recommend Dan. He is kind, empathetic and very respectful of all.
