Laertis is a top man and is a highly skilled professional electrician. It is evident when you speak to him, through his work, very neat finish. I am very happy to see the outcome of the electrical works that has elevated the ambience of the house to the next level. The lounge area has now got its new face after installing ceiling lights. Running new feed for the lights was never easy task, the new wiring was fitted with less disruption to the walls, this means less work for myself to touch up the surfaces later on, thanks to Laertis. This was possible because Laertis had to work his way through entry and exit points very carefully, patiently and more importantly not rushing through things when in doubt. After this Laertis replaced consumer unit that now looks so very neat but more importantly is now compliant and risk averse, the house is now secure. Other than this Laertis helped with other small installation works on the same day. Based on the outcome of the works I highly recommend Laertis to everyone

Ricky Reid I was looking for a company who could help me with a light refurbishment (kitchen, bathroom and full decoration) of a one bedroom flat in south west London to be ready for rental within 15 days. I posted my ad request on mybuilder.com and a few companies contacted me. Ricky Reid, was the third one I met and eventually the one I chose. Why? R. was straight forward, no gimmicks and did his best to understand what my needs were from day one. Especially when my vision at the start wasn’t that clear. Him and his team delivered within the time frame agreed as well as within the quote given plus a few extras that hadn’t been considered at the start of the project. He was always available for questions or clarifications needed over the phone at any time! A rare quality in itself in the building world. If there was anything that could be improved, this would be clarifying certain jobs that were on the quote (and I mean specifically what they exactly covered) from the start to avoid stingy or unexpected surprises cost wise. However this isn’t Ricky’s fault and I take my full responsibility as I should have done my homework before hand. Overall satisfied with the result and I would certainly contact Ricky and his team for my next future projects and so should you reading this review. Thank you Ricky and all the best in your company venture.

Konstantin and his team have been fantastic. I have used him for a number of fairly big projects since 2021. He has tiled 3 bathrooms walls and floors as well as new kitchen extension. He just completed my patio this summer and has done a fantastic job. Always professional and helpful and willing to get the job done properly. Out floors look amazing and the herringbone in the bathrooms is superb

Tom is a very competent builder, who has attention to details. Tom continuously went out of his way to find ways to meet my requirements, Whenever we had atypical challenge during my extension Tom's default position was "let's find a work around." He was creative and efficient in doing so, and most importantly cost effective, as I was running on tight budget. Fantastic experience working with Tom, he estimated the work to complete in 6 weeks, the work was done 5 and a half weeks and handed over. The works speaks of itself, very urban finish with high level of professionalism. I was almost hands off the project due to work travel, and Tom took care of all the aspects without me being involved day to day and micro manage. He is surely being to be big league builder in no time. I would recommend him whole heartedly.

Mark and Guy were really responsive and flexible (managed to fit us in almost straight away), super punctual, happy to offer advice, and went the extra mile with also getting the coving replaced on parts of the ceiling where the old coving was a bit damaged and would not have looked good if re-used. They did their best to keep the house clean and tidy while they worked, and we paid exactly what we were quoted. Would definitely recommend these two!

I contacted Ekland and his brother Bes for some light refurbishment. I was so impressed with the work and speed that they ended up doing all the works I intended to do. Starting with latex screed, flooring using LVT system, architraves and skirting boards, installation of 9x heavy duty fire doors, carpets in 2x bedrooms and finally decoration. Prices were very reasonable considering the time and effort they put into installation but not only that, as I am a first time buyer they advised me on design as I didn’t really know where to start. They are honest and reliable, where I tried to save money they said it was not the right thing to do and took additional hours to make something right without a hidden extra. They turn up at 8am everyday and so easy to work with, I left them the keys to my flat and I didn’t need to check in on them at all. If you are thinking to do any refurbishment and are either hesitant or not knowing where to start these are your guys. 5* to Vukaj and thank you!
