We recently had our bathroom completely renovated (ceiling incl) & are absolutely delighted with the result. The quality of workmanship was exceptional from start to finish, with incredible attention to detail throughout. The tiling is flawless, perfectly aligned & finished with laser precision. Bako was patient, professional, & took the time to discuss options & answer questions, which was greatly appreciated. His extensive industry knowledge was invaluable. He had practical recommendations that kept the project on track without compromising quality. What stood out most was the pride he takes in his work and his commitment to achieving the best possible finish. He is reliable, meticulous, and genuinely cares about his customers. All done in really good quality, and unrealistic turnaround times. Underfloor heating and alternative energy sources,like pellet boiler or log burner is not something im not familiar with. Marian is by far the best builder I have worked with. He was professional, tidy and honest. There were no hidden extras and I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending him highly. I will use him for all my jobs from now on. He is a true gentleman builder. His work was superb and communication precise and to the point. We hired Ricardo to do the flooring as well as the painting, as promised he turned up each day on time and did the floor and painting, the issue is the job is not completely finished, the paint needs more coats as well as the detailing is slapdash, the cutting in is poor in many areas. His assistant was very messy and left mess everywhere on outside of the house as well as inside, the assistant damaged our blinds with paint and we received no compensation, the assistant also used our 2 year old daughters princess face flannel to clean his paint brushes and scrub the floor...when confronted about it , he said he never used it even though the flannel smells of turps...again no compensation. The assistant washed the paint in our bath with our brand new shower and now the paint won’t come off the shower head. Ricardo was due to return to complete the works but Once we paid him, He was long gone, he then says his family had covid death so can’t work at present but he is still Working on other projects leaving us high and dry. The stairs are also not finished, this is a shame because Once he got paid he vanished. Our correspondence has been totally ignored so I Spoke to him via private number and he said he will organise someone to finish the job - still waiting. I explained I will have no choice but to leave this feedback .
