I had left my mobile in the car, so when Oli rang to check that I was in the flat no-one answered so he went home. I rang from the flat phone when Oli had not turned up, and he came all the way in to arrive at 8pm. He clearly knew how to sort out the various problems. He is coming back on a Sunday as parking round my flat is a nightmare. Altogether I would call this exceptional service. More feedback when he has finished.

To be honest i will be in short of words to how efficient and professional he/his team was, i had a bad experience in the past with another person but he (S.S Decorators) changed my perception about what it means to be a professionalist. He started painting work at my house from the scratch, even worse from where the last painter had left messing up things and now my house looks as beautiful as any one could imagine a new shiny house would look like. He and his team did such a great job by not just painting the walls by also maintaining a very high level of cleanliness at every step. He did not give up a single spot to be brown till the end he made sure each and every corner was painted and shiny. His helpful advice and professionalism made me stress free even when i was at work and his team handled everything so well that i upfrontly recommended his to all my friends, relatives, colleagues etc. His service is not just value for money but value beyond your money that you pay him. I thank him and his team for the excellent job that they did and the hassle free contract we had. Good luck to him and his team and i would not just recommend him but highly recommend him and also will use him/his team in future. Thank you.

Claudiu and his team did an excellent job renovating our 2 bed flat in Bushey. He did a great job on the laminate flooring in particular. Installed coving, skirting, painted walls/doors/radiators, installed new light fixtures, and assembled furniture. Will definitely work with him again. In fact, I hired him back to do our bathroom next week!

Conversions - General- 22 Feb 2020
Quoted £500 to remove small kitchen wall (<1m wide), make adjacent wall good, and move light switch. Removed wall, moved switch, and kindly moved fridge. Said he'd return to make wall good. On two occasions I arranged to WFH and he failed to show up or let me know. On multiple occasions he said he might be able to do a day but then didn't confirm. He did come by when we weren't in one day to drop wood off to cover wall gaps. One day I arranged for our dog walker to be in at 1. She waited until 3. I messaged Daniel later to ask what happened. He apparently came at 1.20 and waited for 15 mins. I believe he turned up and our dog walker didn't hear door but it's unlikely he tried to knock multiple times over 15 mins, as she was listening for him. Agreed he would finish work in new year. In Jan again failed to confirm days/times on multiple occasions. Finally agreed noon on a Sat. Failed to show up/respond to messages. Eventually got through to him - said his phone was broken. No explanation re why he didn't show up. Agreed he'd come the next Sat but no show again. No response to message or to later one asking if he planned to finish the job. Received a missed call but nothing further. I've left it a month as hoped he would get in contact. It's clear he has run off with £500, leaving giant holes in wall. I work long hours and weekends are precious. I have no patience for someone who has no respect for my free time, or for fact it's not possible to WFH all the time.

Danio was truly excellent. Very polite and respectful. His technical capabilities were also outstanding. He stayed in regular contact with me, searched for bricks, went to the merchants, sent me photos of 5-6 brick colour options, informed me of the costs, paid for and collected the bricks and other materials and came to my house to execute an excellent job. I would gladly recommend Danio.

My experience with asset construction has been excellent. It was more of a trust thing and Andy was very professional and knew what he was doing. Andy was very honest and competitive as compared to other quotes I have got. I did not have to worry about watching over the builder or being over priced. I can say I can trust on any quotes he gives unlike some other dodgy builders. I had a major job completed by asset construction and will book them for any future work. All his workmen know what they are doing including plasters, plumbers and they do job to perfection. Unlike other builders who rush through jobs to get paid asset construction was more committed in completing the job to perfection even if meant taking longer. Thank you Andy for the great work
