**DO NOT USE – Unreliable and Unprofessional** I had Ben (BGplastering) booked in for the week commencing 19th May—this had been in the calendar for two months. I followed up multiple times to confirm the booking, and although a delay in response, I was reassured everything was still on track. On the 18th May, just a day before the scheduled start, I reached out again and was suddenly told he couldn’t make it due to a toe operation. He then rescheduled for the following week (starting 26th May). I followed up again on the 25th and was told it would now be the 27th. Yet again, another delay. It’s now the morning of the 27th. No sign of him. I messaged and called, and finally received a text at 11am saying his van wouldn’t start. I replied politely with “no worries, these things happen, keep me updated” – only to find out the message wouldn’t deliver… A complete waste of time. Avoid!

Jack was brilliant from day 1. Polite, reliable, tidy and worked incredibly hard (through the really hot weather too). We are thrilled with the re-pointing work that Jack has done, it's really first class and many of our neighbours commented on what a great job he has done too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Complete Bathroom Transformation Done Properly Scott spent four weeks carrying out two full bathroom refits for us and the results are outstanding. This was far more than a simple refurbishment - he completely stripped out the existing bathrooms, replaced rotten floorboards and damp plasterboard, renewed plumbing, and rebuilt everything from scratch. The work included two walk-in showers, hidden-cistern flush to the walll toilets, wall-mounted radiators, free standing bath and tap, floating vanity units and beautiful oak-effect shower panelling. The matching wall and floor tiles have given both rooms a modern wet-room feel. What impressed us most was Scott’s attention to detail and commitment to quality. He took the time to ask questions throughout the project and made sure we were happy with every decision before proceeding. Reliable, skilled, tidy and professional, with a finish that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. (Ignore wall colour, decorators next!)

We hired Craig to address water ingress through our kitchen's external wall. Craig gave us excellent advice when quoting for the work, and did a 1st class job of installing the new ACO drainage channel for us. He was punctual every day, and the work was completed on time, on budget, and with zero issues. Loved how he kept the mess to a minimum, and how all rubbish was removed at the end of every day. Couldn't be happier. We will definitely look to hire him again in the future.

I cannot praise Daniel and his work enough both he and his carpenter Nathan are really nice approachable guys and their work ethic is second to none. Having just been left in a complete mess by a so called "professional" builder (who had been recommended) I was extremely sceptical but both Daniel and Nathan put paid to that they are most definitely a credit to the building industry and I would recommend them to anybody. Very clean and tidy and I have already got them lined up for more work. Thank you guys you have been brilliant.

Dan came to my house to inspect the job .. fine Gave me a date for 2 weeks time which was in my range for job to fit in with everything else The date of the 22nd of feb came and went but Dan did not turn up He switched my job for another job and left me in the lurch I have had to hold everything up whilst i found a reliable tradesman to do the job. 0 out of 10

Andy has re-tiled our entire bathroom - shower, sink and bath. He came to give us a reasonable quote promptly after we contacted him. He then worked with total flexibility around our plumber and builder to make sure the work was completed quickly. He has worked long days and popped back to complete the sealant at a later date to fit in with us (due to a delay with the plumber’s availability). The work is to a very high standard and is exactly what we were after - we couldn’t be happier! We really can’t recommend him enough and definitely hope to use him again for future kitchen work we need doing!
