I paint houses and flats, using water based paint system for walls and ceilings and oil based paint for doors and other wordworks. I hang wallpaper and paint it if needed. I fill gaps and holes on the walls and sand the filler down to smooth it up before painting them. I do tiling and grouting after removing old tiles and clean off the old tile adhesive and grout.
