Graham is excellent. He took my inspo photos and created exactly what I wanted. Despite technical issues with the electrical item I purchased for installation (no fault of Graham's) and wonky walls, he completed the job professionally and promptly. Graham is clear in his communication, very friendly, conscientious and trustworthy. Would recommend!

Maldiny’s team carried out external redecoration / restoration of a substantial four storey Georgian house in Blackheath, to an exceptionally high standard. Maldiny is an absolute professional, who attended site regularly throughout the day to supervise his tradesman and check that I was happy with progress. His team are clearly skilled, as the work included reinstating period masonry features, restoring a lot of sash windows and refurbishing a very rusty metal staircase. What impressed me most, was Maldiny’s flexibly to reorganise his work around the scaffolding contractors (not his firm), who were late finishing and the needs / wishes of the six flat owners. I would strongly recommend MC’s Building Services and I know they have had interest from another, similar house in the road. The final thing I would add is that Maldiny always responds promptly to calls / messages and things don’t get forgotten - a rarity, in my experience!

Could not recommend more highly, the best client service and product I have ever received. This is a father and son team who absolutely shattered expectations - we genuinely consider ourselves so lucky to have found David and his father and couldn't be happier with their service. On the first meeting their expertise was immediately obvious, with just a single walk through of the property being enough for them to identify what we needed and pick up on details that only comes from years and years of practical experience. That set the tone for rest of the relationship, with there being so many instances of them going out of there way with no other intention than to provide the best client outcome possible. Here are just a few examples that show their genuine client care and professionalism: - David was constantly available on WhatsApp or the phone to answer questions or provide advice with almost instant responses. I don't think I've ever experienced better client service in any context. - David and his dad personally ran around London for days trying to find replacement doors that fit the frames, picked up paints from the store, found and purchased appropriate fittings like door stops, light switch covers etc. - these small things were taken care of us with just us needing to approve options they found in store. It was a massive time and stress saver for us. - we were doing this on the fly so evolved our requirements almost constantly throughout the project - these were always accommodated and not only that, with such a positive and helpful attitude that it made our lives so much easier - when retiling the bathroom they informed me they would have to take the cabinets out to tile underneath - I suggested they could tile around it but insisted that it should be done in case we ever wanted to replace the cabinet. They did this at no extra cost to ourselves, just extra work for them which underscores their professionalism. - they gave proactive advice on so many aspects of the project, including the most appropriate paints and floor varnishes, proactively identifying design faults that we were not aware of and remediating them (e.g. very oddly placed light switches), identified a pretty shoddy job of repairing a leak in the loft and future proofed it for us which is again something we would never have been aware of until another leak occurred, they even proactively put a small sliding door into the bathtub panelling (no extra cost) to ensure any future plumbing issues could easily be investigated. - they were unbelievably clean which was such a nice bonus - the property was immaculate at the end of every day, and for me that showed a level of respect for clients and the property that is so hard to find. - measurements - they took care of all of these for us , including tile measurements, blinds, garden edging etc. - it was such a luxury to be able to just be told how much of each needed to be ordered and they were 100% accurate - again such a time and stress saver for us. These are just some examples of our experience, I can honestly say that this is the lever of service we received throughout. With such an amazing service you might think that they would have charged a premium. This was not the case, in fact the opposite, I could easily see another contractor charge 2-3 times what we paid, and it is particularly impressive when you consider the flawless finishing and breadth of work they undertook - the whole house repainted (walls, ceilings, cabinets), the flooring sanded and revarnished plus carpet upstairs taken out and floorboards repaired, painted and varnished, garden landscaped, bathrooms retiling, fireplace retailing, toilets replaced, light switches rewired etc - it was a full makeover. They also achieved all this in 2 weeks - that is no mean feat but is even more impressive when you consider that our requirements were constantly evolving - they took all in their stride and just replanned sequencing of activities to accommodate us. We have since passed David's details onto no less than 5 friends who have all been absolutely delighted, so we've put our recommendation into practice!

They were extremely professional, polite, tidy, and incredibly reliable in delivering high-quality work. They started early and finished late to ensure everything was completed on time. They also took great care of my property by carefully protecting all the furniture and floors. I’m an architect working on high-end residential projects and five-star hotels, and I can confidently say that Walid and his team delivered five-star quality—especially when it came to tiling and the finishing touches. Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own. He took a pride in his work and always made sure to tidy up before leaving. Alex would be an asset to any company that employs him. I wish him success.

Great, came and delivered as expected!

Michael explained well what he needed to do to damp proof an internal wall. I was happy with his grasp of the situation and his knowledge of materials to use. He worked hard and dealt with issues that came up during his visit without fuss. I think that he went beyond what I would expect. I am happy with his work and would recommend him.

Excellent job, reliable and hard working. My previous wallpaper man left the job half done. Lenko was able to fix prevous mess and wallpaper 2 more rooms. One of the wallpapers' pattern (John Lewis Denton in Champagne) was very, very small. He matched it beautifully. I definitely would recommend this builder.

Michael did a fantastic job re-tiling the bathroom and noticed various other issues which he sorted to ensure things were fixed long-term. He also replaced our bathroom tap on the same day after a last-minute request from us. All in all: knowledgeable, thorough and no-nonsense. Highly recommended. Thank you!

White Red Architects have completed a total modernisation and redesign of our kitchen dining area. They provided a scheme sympathetic to the style of our property and and have included many cutting edge design features. The result is a job well done, on time and within budget. White Red have great contacts within the trades which we evaluated and used. Having Jesus as our management contact made sense and definitely worked well for us. We shall be using White Red again. We will definitely be using White Red for our next project which is due.
