Fitted together and installed my new kitchen and work tops. Kept me in the loop every step of the way. Helped me make decisions, advised me extremely politely if he thought my decision wouldn’t work, explained why and gave another alternative. Was happy to go with whatever decision I made. Tidied up after himself. Respected my property and belongings. I trusted him to be alone in my house. I also trusted him with my indoor pets. I knew he would not let them out. Always showed up on time and never once let me down. Extremely pleased. Very polite and respectful young man.

Unfortunately, cant give feedback on Marti, planned the job some time ago and Marti was very responsive. Checked in with Marti 2 days before the job to see if he's still good for it, didn't hear so chased the following day, said he was good to go and apologied for late reply. Morning of job, 10 mins after agreed start time received a message that his car was broken down on the A12, asked a couple hours later progress and Marti asked to reschedule for the following weekend, so credit to him. Just disappointed that we had this scheduled for a long time, reliability is important to me and sadly Marti was let down by his car which isn't ideal for all of us here.

Absolutely love my decking. Howard works really hard, originally said it would take 3 days but completed in 2. Very neat and tidy, added an outside socket for the lights, all done very professionally. I will definitely be calling on him again!

We cannot recommend QKBB highly enough. From the start to the finish of our bathroom refurbishment Sandra, Dave and Michael have been a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication and attention to detail and the contractors they used for the electrical installations, plastering and tiling were very professional too. Sandra's experience and knowledge helped with the design along with Dave's professional help and support. Michael worked hard to ensure the bathroom was finished within the relevant timescales, with great attention to detail and he always cleaned up after himself ensuring that we had minimal disruption throughout the whole process. We are really pleased with our new bathroom and will definitely recommend QKBB to friends and family.

Sanders home solutions replaced my mother’s conservatory roof. Mel came out to quote for repairs and a replacement roof. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful , explaining the process to my elderly mother. Mel and his team replaced the roof whilst my mother in hospital . Good communication and completed in a day. The new roof looks fantastic. Mel sent photos of the work once completed and we have now been round to look ourselves and the team have done a fantastic job. Very trustworthy company I will definitely use again Thank you to you and your team Mel .
