Max is a nice guy, willing to do good job. He did not abandon the assignment although I believe he had not foreseen it would be this much work. But I need to say, he had no clue of what he was doing. Disorganised, absent too many times because of overlapping jobs and frequent last minute calls. The part he has done was sub-standard. He damaged the newly laid wooden floor in the house, left dangerous nailed boards and tools anywhere although we have two young kids and we repetedly mentioned to him that safety was important. He was using our hoover (which he broke), paintbrushes and other tools he found in the house because he didn't have his. He has transformed our courtyard into a dump, which he left behind. In charge of ordering glass panels for the stairs, he passed three orders with wrong measurements. I had to chase him many times so that we get it delivered and measures are still wrong. I ended up by firing him after 5 months and after he failed at delivering what he was meant to. Started mid september. Job was meant to be done in two weeks time. Mid March, 20% of the job was done, another 20% bad quality that needs to be removed and done again. That's all we got from him. Happy I only paid him 30% upfront. The whole thing has costed me so much time, stress and energy already, and now the project is costing me double because of all the material he wasted and the fact that what he did needs to be destroyed and made again properly by someone else.

James and his team of builders (quote Builders) gutted and fitted our bathroom. James helped us to choose fixtures and fittings ( which we were grateful for especially as the recomended shower we chose is AMAZING ) We were extremely impressed with his workmanship and found him and his team to be very professional, reliable and punctual. We have received great comments when family and friends visit and see our new bathroom, and we have recommended quote Builders to them. Thank you James and his team. Definitely using them to remodel our kitchen.

Gas Work- 21 Dec 2021
Placed an enquiry in relation to having a new boiler fitted, with gas and heating working and Tony got in touch quickly. He came out to see the house and sent a quote which was competitive. An agreement was reached and All fitted within two days. I’m very grateful for getting the job done before Christmas. The heating took a while due to the pipes which needed more work done but with patience our heating was back when it was certainly most needed! Will definitely use him for future serving and repairs and would happily recommend to family and friends. Maria- Thamesmead

Posted a job after hours at around 7pm - Tomas was on another job nearby at the time and headed over afterwards. By 9pm the problem was solved and some expert advice given - with the water flowing a lot better than it was previously, stopcock eased and pressure valve adjusted. Excellent work and a speedy response - top drawer.

I am extremely pleased with the service and the professionalism of Sonny from prestige I posted my job and immediately had interest and I read the profile of sonny’s firm and thought I would give it a go I shortlisted him and he called me straight away I was worried about this small issue I had and I explained what was going on and then Sonny empathised with me and said he would come straight away as he could tell I was worried I was expecting a bigger bill being out of hours but he charged me what he said he would charge and it was a surprise You can tell what a consummate professional sonny is and he talked me through the whole process I would recommend his services and will be to every one I know Thanks Sonny
