he contractor completed the driveway work very quickly and within a good timeframe, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the finishing quality was very poor and there were issues with the final workmanship. The contractor also told me that the work was covered by a guarantee, but since the job was completed, I have tried contacting him several times and have received no response. I am disappointed because I expected him to stand by his work and honour the guarantee. I would recommend being careful and making sure the guarantee and aftercare are clearly confirmed before using this contractor.

Mark came across to do the wall papering over a month ago.After coming back on the night we could see the paper had over lapped and there were places also where the paper was not joint. Mark agreed to come back but said he was busy. I have contacted him numerous times to redo the wall. He agreed but now after giving him time / chances he has decided not to respond back to me. A waste of £30 to do four drops. He even took the wall paper paste that I purchased the bloody cheek.

(My previous plasterer didn’t finish it due to personal reason) Asim has a professional attitude and understand customer need or request. His team has completed the plastering in time.
