Vasko was excellent completing the job to a very high standard very quickly. Involved laying 30m2 of laminate flooring with several door trims and surrounds to be dealt with. Finish looks amazing. I would definitely use Vasko again. Price wise he was very competitive.

Sami is one kind of a gentleman and such professional individual. Needed a leakage repair, upon posting the job within an hour Sami contacted myself and arrived at our house once the price has been agreed on. Brilliant service. Sami also repaired a couple of taps for the bathroom sink at a goodwill gesture. Valter was very impressive on his initial visit with some exciting ideas for the house improvements and we had no hesitation in choosing Happy Building above the other two building firms who quoted. Having signed off on the budget and scope of work, Valter's team of builders arrived. We were hugely impressed with the skill, experience and work ethic of the team; the fact that they arrived early each morning smiling underlined the "Happy Building" epithet; Jarek, the site foreman, had an especially cheery demeanour. The work involved stripping the walls back to bricks, removing walls, reinforcing foundations, plastering, extending the bathroom and removing one bedroom to create a large ensuite bedroom. The latter certainly would not have been done without Valter's vision and patience in explaining how it would look. We were able to deviate from the original plans without any problem which was very important in achieving the final look which we had desired. Valter was very careful in sticking to time and budgets which I had never experienced before with builders. The kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, living room and hallways were finished to the highest possible specification within our budget. There were one or two small features which, with hindsight, we would have improved such as door handles and shower fittings, however this was down to us not specifying exactly what we wanted. These are very minor details and a tiny part of the overall picture.

Eamonn saved me from a major electrical headache. My ground floor ring main kept tripping for more than a day, and it was getting worse. I called several electricians—some never replied, others were far too expensive. As a last try, I posted the job on MyBuilder. Within ten minutes, Eamonn was the first to respond. That told me everything about his reliability. He said he’d come straight after his supper; and true to his word, he arrived about 45 minutes later. He checked every socket, found the faulty appliance within half an hour, isolated it, and restored power to the whole floor. Although the job ran over an hour, he only charged me for the first hour. No upselling, no nonsense—just honest, professional work. That kind of service is rare. I don’t give perfect scores to anyone. But Eamonn got a 12 out of 10 from me. I recently had loft stairs installed and couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. From start to finish, pawell was professional, friendly, and incredibly polite, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The quality of the workmanship is excellent—everything has been finished to a very high standard, and the attention to detail really shows.
