I am very happy with the work they completed on our garden. They pretty much gave us a new garden. They were on time, polite, understood what we wanted and couldn't have been more helpful. They prepared the ground, installed artificial grass, laid the most amazing decking I have seen (not your usual uPVC) and helped lay the garden cabling - all with a great finish. If I had another garden, they would definitely be first in line to work on it - I couldn't recommend them enough.

Asen did an incredible job! In just under 4 weeks he managed to assemble a team and complete renovation on a 2 bed flat including: * Full rewiring, new lights, updating and adding sockets * Fixing rotten and uneven subfloor and levelling the whole house * Wood flooring throughout - done excellently with no thresholds * New boiler and all new radiators * Built a pocket door at the porch to stop our kitties from escaping * Tiled the fireplace * Skirting, decorating and repainting the entire flat * Dealt with gutting the place and arranging pickup of rubish The place looks and feels amazing and everything works! Asen was good on the price, kept to the (very tight) timelines, great communication throughout and overall very professional and friendly! Pics shows after and during the work, ignore the moving boxes.

Prices not the most accountable or transparent. 1 hours work £723.60 to clear simple drain. It was done well, but I was expecting around £250-400 tops for this so was a bit shocked with the final cost. When I questioned the cost resultant conversation became loud and affected running of my business to the point we had to give discounts in apology to current customers. Note; prices quoted are by half hour, include VAT and do not include additional including waste removal or surveys. 2 people arrive so double any quote given from the outset. Easy to feel overcharged, especially when surveys come back negative, cost £00s and are done in minutes- or quoted cost "includes all manual means of clearance" but then have to pay extra for clearance of waste.

I wish I took the negative comments more seriously before hiring Edi for my bathroom but he downplayed them very well, promised a great quality of job plus the pictures on his profile showed jobs properly done so I trusted him. What a mistake! I had exactly the same problems as described in the previous negative feedback. Basic errors with laying the tiles – not only uneven lines but also wrongly cut tiles that left plenty of gaps (he even covered one of the gaps between the wall and floor with a sealant!, others with too thick layers of adhesive or grout, which just look awful). He wasted many tiles unnecessarily too and wasn’t even able to apply the grout correctly; missing many tiles, creating lumps and failing to clean the grout from the tiles after application causing their discolouration! Not to mention plumbing problems – leak that gets fixed only for a couple of hours and then returns. The quality of job is of an amateur, not a professional. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be an option to attach images to the feedback - I have plenty of them so please contact me before thinking about working with this person. He promised to correct the errors but I'm still waiting for this to be done nearly three weeks after the job was apparently finished. He is also avoiding contact. I hope MyBuilder will take relevant steps. My advice is – spare yourself the unnecessary stress and wasted money and HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!

Nico did an amazing job on emptying, demolishing and clearing the shed. It was much harder than anticipated but Nico and his team went above and beyond to do the job, leaving everything clean and tidy. Thank you for your hard work. His pricing is very competitive and we are really pleased with the results. He was incredibly quick, but masterful at the same time, the finish is excellent quality and we are really really happy. Although Ken came and fixed the leak I was not present when he did the job. altogether i gave him about £660 to remove a walk in shower enclosure and fix some small leaks in the walls (around 2-3 leaks). I think i overpaid him for this job. If you hire Ken, make sure you are present when the job is being done.
