A nice enough guy and fit us in last minute but work is very rough around the edges, really lacking attention to detail. Going to have to pay someone to come and redo parts of the jobs unfortunately.

I phoned Delwyn regarding removal of wall and build a fire place for me. Delwyn came out straight away, he was very helpful and professional he also spent time with me going though my property where other works that need doing and gave me great advise in helping me in the best option going forward and in saving me money nothing was too much trouble. I was very happy with the quote Delwyn provided. The works are now complete. The job carried out promptly and to a high standard. My now new fireplace looks stunning and so much open space since knocking out a wall. I will look to book Delwyn again and have already recommended to others as friendly and trustworthy to getting the job done and above expectation, as well as being extremely helpful Thanks Delwyn

Sam was on time on both the quote and all visits, worked hard and was very tidy. The work is done to a high standard and a lot of customisation that was added after the initial conversation. Would highly recommend and will be using Sam for further projects.

I asked Jon to act as a caretaker/ handyman on the house while we were trying to sell it. He has been absolutely brilliant. Not only did he do the work at a very reasonable price but kept an eye on the property, put money on the heating and returned post. Since we now live very far from the property and it is very difficult to visit this made our lives so much easier. I honestly do not know what we would have done without him. I can recommend him without hesitation and anyone who has a rental property should consider him rather than the firms recommended by estate agents who are much more expensive and often ask for work to be done which is not essential
