Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. Needed a fire-safe stud wall with a double fire door opening. Csaba was efficient, organised, methodical and knowledgeable. The wall and double doors look amazing! They are also very sturdy. Incompetent and vacuous. Didn’t read the plans or sizes at the start, which meant many crappy adjustments were made throughout, ie sink on the wrong side, oven protruding out etc. Anything that seemed hard was an ‘extra’ cost. Damaged most items that were installed and then refused to change them as it was too much effort. Quality of workmanship was very low, and finishes were terrible, when requested to amend he flatly refused. He seemed very inexperienced and possibly had never fitted a kitchen or bathroom before. Once he had received 90% of the contract money he started refusing to do things and not turning up, eventually leaving the job unfinished. He totally ignored requests to finish the job and kept our keys!! He is supposed to be a qualified gas engineer - however managed to break our boiler and then refused to fix it as he didn’t know how. I mean it’s just lunacy! We have since had another quote to complete the work and fix all the damage he caused which is the same price as what we have already paid. The new builder noted the work used primitive methods and was substandard. I would not recommend Nikolay at all. Total nightmare to deal with and unbearably unprofessional. I can only assume the other positive reviews on here are from his friends!!

Excellent tradesman. Gabriel showed up on time, took all precautions to keep everything tidy and damage free an was very polite. He completed the job to a high standard with minimal wastage and also completed some additional jobs we gave him, advising us of what needs to be done. Highly recommended- will use again.

As I manage quite a few properties around the country, I have used quite a number of tradesmen on Mybuilder over the years and most of them are quite good but Ouael is outstanding!!! He is definitely one of the finest electrician and tradesman I have ever dealt with. He’s super-responsive, understanding and the quality of his work is top-notch. I first used him in December last year when he was about the only person who’d respond swiftly to an emergency call during the Christmas period. Since then I have called him twice on a different property to correct the poor lazy job of other tradesmen because he’s so reliable and doesn’t take the lazy option but the best cost-effective solution for the client. I would rather selfishly not give him a review so that he doesn’t get too busy when I need him but he actually just made my day so I thought I’ll do a public service by letting people know what a gem of tradesman this guy is. Trust me - you better count yourself lucky if he accepts to do a job for you!

I have 35 years experience in decorating, I do a lot of work for my son who's a kitchen fitter, I do any exterior or interior work including wallpapering, siliconing and small plastering jobs, I have one son who is a carpenter and one who’s an electrician so I’m not just confined to decorating , I can arrange other trades if need be including plumbing and window fitting.. I am very fussy when it comes to decorating and spotlessly clean.

Steve’s initial quote was fair for the work involved and I am very happy with the end product. Steve is a perfectionist which is what you want for a painter/decorator. He worked relentlessly and kept me informed of what was to be complicated each day. Once I had seen the quality of his work I got him to do some additional painting around the house. I would be more than happy to recommend Steve to my friends.
