Artex is a pain to remove , not nice too look at and could contain asbestos pre 1982 not the best idea too plaster over.No sanding, no plastering over, no steamer, no chemicals, no xtex and no harmful dust.Can offer to test for asbestos.

I’m 16 years of age and have had multiple jobs already, painting halls, kitchens, garden fences and multiple others.
