I am the scheme manager of a sheltered accommodation and we use Jason from JM Cowan Plumbing and Heating on a regular basis. Jason has completed a number of jobs here for our elderly residents, some who are quite vulnerable. The feedback we have from our residents about Jason and his work is outstanding! The residents feel safe and they trust him which is imperative. The quality of his work is excellent and he charges very reasonable prices which again matters for my residents. He cleans up and leaves the job completed.

Christopher attended newly purchased property to perform a full check up to report on the electrical condition and issue a EICR certificate. He arrived promptly, was professional, friendly and reasonably priced. He provided a detailed report and advised on further works to be completed, which we decided to proceed with him to finalise the required works.

I wouldn't leave negative or neutral feedback as Chris was great. Friendly and reliable. When I first said what I needed done, I assumed he had quoted for all of it. To my surprise the kickbacks were not quoted for, didn't realise this until he had finished. Fair play he stayed until 9.30pm, only problem was after coming off a night shift myself I was too tired by that time to ask questions etc. Price was a little high from what we had done as it didn't include kickbacks and wall units which we will do ourselves. The worktops looks great and so do the upstands. Also the end panels that Chris did fit. There were 2/3 left for us to do! In all fairness he did come back the next day as none of us knew there was a different end panel for one, had a curved edge. So I will say he was fantastic in coming back out within a couple of hours to change it. The edging tape he did a few but again we had to do the rest. Little bit annoying as we were paying for it all to be done not have to do it ourselves. However I would recommend and use his services again as like I said previously he is very reliable, friendly and did a great job on the worktops etc just a shame the price for what I needed done was a little high especially with having to finish off things ourselves. I will recommend to friends and family, great guy!!
