Stay clear of this person as he is not experienced builder and do not fulfill his commitments after taking money. Don't hire this tradesman unless you want someone not to turn up on agreed date and time or you want to chase him again and again without him picking up your phone calls or answering them.. My garden shed was leaking from the side. Amarjeet recommended to put new flashing on the garden shed roof to fix it. However, after putting flashing, the garden shed continued to leak from the same area he had put the flashing. He said this time the cause of leak were the joints which he failed to look into earlier. So, he fixed that. After second fix, the shed again leaked, this time directly under the flashing he had put. When I asked him to fix it, he refused saying that the issue is with the joints and not the flashing. I told him that I had hired him to fix the water leak and not the flashing or joints. I even said that I will pay him if the issue is different. After ringing him several times and then agreeing a date and time with him, he didn't turn up. He is not a professional or experienced builder. Having now spoken to another builder, they suggested that the issue is that the water is somehow going under the flashing he had put. There is a bigger problem of the water standing on the roof which needs to be fixed first and which this builder failed to notice. Unfortunately, I will have to pay another builder to complete his work!

I would not recommend you this plasterer. There was plaster splat everywhere. He left my place in a mess he was called in to clear up wipe down the cupboard, radiators, windows. I had to call him to come and clear it all up he also decided leave all plaster material he used the bags and bucket behind saying that he had no license tip this. He did take this the following day along with clearing up all the mess he left behind. I spent my Sunday waiting for him to clear everything up. Oh wait! there's more the ceiling he plastered in the my passage downstairs collapsed all over the floor two days later I have pictures to prove this. He then said he will charge me £100 to get it boarded and plastered will come on Thursday another week later. Then on Thursday at 10pm I get a text to say he cannot do the job for £100 he will charge me an additional courtesy deal of £160. I should transfer a deposit of £80 for him to start the job. Its been a nightmare best avoided save your money and time.

Lewis came round to my house and assessed my needs and gave me good advice and different options for my new patio,showing me photos of other work he had completed .As he seemed and afterwards proved to be genuine and offered what I thought was a very competitive price I decided not to ask for any more quotes from other parties .The work was done to the highest standard and I felt he and his man worked very hard on what was the hottest day of the year,throughout the process Lewis explained to me what was being done and answered any questions thoroughly and to my greatest satisfaction.Afterwards they cleaned up and left things in order,so I would definately recommend LKB CONTRACTS building services.
