I selected A.K Decorators on the basis of my discussions with Armando, regarding his work experience and the standard of the work, as shown in his photographs. I was initially concerned as despite his many years of experience, there were no reviews of his work on this website. However I understood that he has recently relocated to this area and most of his recent work has been local and through word of mouth. I am delighted that we selected Armando, his work was meticulous, his preparation of surfaces through and the quality of finish was to a high standard. In addition to painting the external walls of the house, we asked Armando to extend his work of painting to the soffits and facias and the metal rails and gate. All his work is commendable and good. I would definitely recommend his work and would have no hesitation in using him for other projects myself. His professionalism was reflected in his timeliness, his communication and the feedback he provided during the course of his work, with regular photos and videos of the progress of his work as well as the finished job. As the rented property is at some distance from where we live, this was incredibly helpful. Our tenants found him to clean, reliable and friendly.

Various little odd jobs of jet washing to picture hanging and painting to installing new door frames erecting sheds and general maintenance. I posted an urgent job, Kieron rang me and was so helpful, he came out within 20 minutes and sorted things so I could have running water and my washing machine useable.
