  Gaetano called the same day. He agreed to come within 2 hours to check and gave me a competitive estimate. He advised me on the size and places to buy the kitchen sink. As soon as my new sink arrived he came the following day to removed the old one and installed the new sink within a few hours. He cleaned and tidied the surroundings, took out all the rubbish. He was very professional and well experienced. He knows his job too well. He came with all the necessary equipments. I highly recommend Gaetano and will use his services for all my plumbing job’s anytime. He is very friendly and courteous. He respected my property. My family felt very comfortable having him to work around the house. Thank you so much Gaetano.

  I gave this person the plumbing work for my house extension and renovation for the existing of the house, at first this person was polite and well behaved, after he was given the first instalment, his intentions became clear. The contract, which was signed by both of us, was ignored. it was allegedly written by his 17 years old son, who left them and that the man is not responsible for the contract. Whilst the man and his brother were doing the plumbing a few things which were lying around the house had gone missing, as well as the fact that he had just spontaneously disappeared for two-three weeks at a time on multiple occasions. In each occasion he had brought up excuses such as his wife had a heart attack or he had been to Poland for a bereavement. Towards the end his attitude had changed as he became more aggressive. He had persuaded me to give the last installment and promised to be devoted to the task at hand. As soon as I entrusted him with my hard-earned lump sum from my pension he took his tools and left, resulting in me having to find other tradesmen to do the remainder of the work. In his profile he advertised that he has a diploma and many other qualifications in plumbing, I have my doubts as he could not hold a basic conversation in English. This made me suspect whether he really did receive these “qualifications”. His work had many faults within it which forced me to turn to another plumber.

  We used Spencer to build a large garden shed. From the beginning Spencer was prompt, professionally and easy to deal with. His quote was competitive and he started the works when he said we would. Despite the works taking longer than expected (British weather) Spencer didn't grumble, try to increase his price or compromise on the quality of his work. Spencers commitment to making sure the customer is truly happy is a rare trait in contractors these days. The work he did far exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended him to several friends and would happily use for future works.
