A very experienced and competent electrician who knows exactly what he is doing. Leaves the work area as clean as he found it. No problem whatsoever with the conduct of his work or behaviour or attitude. Polite, respectful and friendly and patient and tolerant and accommodating. Gives good advice about the issues at hand, enough to make an informed choice. Not sure about his charges though, given the current unprecedented economic climate. My journey went like this on my builder. 1st decorator booked to assess the work and didn't show up with no explanation given. The 2nd decorator arrived on time to assess the work and left me feeling doubtful so I declined. The 3rd decorator named Gary arrived on time. Was very attentive and informative around the work what had to be done, touching the walls and ceiling whilst assessing. I was confident that decorator no.3 "Gary" was the person for the job. The morning for the work to start Gary arrived promptly and rearing to go. The work was carried out professionally and Gary took pride in his work and enjoyed admiring his work of art more so pleasing the customer. The work was completed in the time frame Gary set. The walls, skirting, door frame, windowsill and radiators all have the look I envisioned. Gary employed a act of effciency, respect and transparency. I reccommend Gary 100%. Tip Gary cleans up nicely when the work is done.

Grant completed our Amtico flooring recently and we couldn't be happier. He was professional, clean and tidy whilst in our home and a pleasure to have around. The finished result is beautiful! I am very happy with the work they completed on our garden. They pretty much gave us a new garden. They were on time, polite, understood what we wanted and couldn't have been more helpful. They prepared the ground, installed artificial grass, laid the most amazing decking I have seen (not your usual uPVC) and helped lay the garden cabling - all with a great finish. If I had another garden, they would definitely be first in line to work on it - I couldn't recommend them enough.

Martino did a fantastic job on our custom built in wardrobe and he was aa absolute pleasure to work with. On top of his great carpentry skills and attention to detail, Martino has a good eye for design and what will look best and work well in a space. Martino suggested several improvements to my initial ask. Martino was very responsive and clear. We will definitely be asking Martino to do any work we have in future!

Alin and his company has done long term work for us for the last 5 years. We are developers and they have done high spec work for us in South Ken and Chelsea, working on high end flats. They have done all sorts of jobs for us - stripping down to bare carcass, electrics, plumbing, fitting, decorating - the whole project, from start to finish. We choose Alin and his team because they are professional and have a very can-do attitude. The biggest reason we get them back is because they are solution finders and are multi skilled. Ricky Reid I was looking for a company who could help me with a light refurbishment (kitchen, bathroom and full decoration) of a one bedroom flat in south west London to be ready for rental within 15 days. I posted my ad request on mybuilder.com and a few companies contacted me. Ricky Reid, was the third one I met and eventually the one I chose. Why? R. was straight forward, no gimmicks and did his best to understand what my needs were from day one. Especially when my vision at the start wasn’t that clear. Him and his team delivered within the time frame agreed as well as within the quote given plus a few extras that hadn’t been considered at the start of the project. He was always available for questions or clarifications needed over the phone at any time! A rare quality in itself in the building world. If there was anything that could be improved, this would be clarifying certain jobs that were on the quote (and I mean specifically what they exactly covered) from the start to avoid stingy or unexpected surprises cost wise. However this isn’t Ricky’s fault and I take my full responsibility as I should have done my homework before hand. Overall satisfied with the result and I would certainly contact Ricky and his team for my next future projects and so should you reading this review. Thank you Ricky and all the best in your company venture.
