We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

If you are looking for a builder to refurbish your bathroom, look no further, Natanael is your guy. He has done a phenomenal job with our bathrooms and I would recommend him 200%. Our bathrooms were completely gutted, made strong from the inside, plumbing and electricals sorted, tiles laid out, and the bathroom suite fitted. We were very impressed with the high quality craftsmanship. Everything done just so. There is not a detail that is overlooked. What we appreciated most was that he does not take any shortcuts. He ensured that everything was done properly and not rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and delivering a bathroom that you are happy with. It’s also a bonus that he was very neat, he took away all debris and rubbish at the end of each day. I’m very happy to be contacted and/or showcase our bathrooms for reference.

I am very pleased on all counts. Nickolay was professional, helpful and courteous. He did a great job laying the laminate flooring and finished to a very high standard. He is obviously someone who takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Very happy with the boarding and plastering - Ion took a lot of care to deliver a quality finish ready for tiling without cutting any corners . Very reliable and personable and gave a fair quote . he spent a lot of time ensuring the areas to be plastered were covered to make sure he didn’t make a mess - I would highly recommend and use Ion for all future plastering work

I hired for just for bathroom and toilet tiling, However due to the diligence, attention to detail, honesty and work ethics of Muro construct, I hired him to decorate my entire house, this includes everything form stripping wallpaper and painting, floorings, tiling, fixing doors, putting up all my new furniture including a very compl bunk bed for my children room. This builder works really hard and time efficient. He has helped transform my house into a luxurious living space and I am not exaggerating when I say that the price is very fair, I have had three times the quotes for less the quality. I will be using the builder for future jobs.

First of all I am a professional landlord. I needed to find a new electrician as my last one that had I had been using for the last 12 years was becoming painfully unreliable. In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians. The quotes I received from mybuilder.com were from one extreme to the other extreme. For some reason I decided to take on Mehdi from M F Building Services, it may have been because he was registered with Napit & that he did not have any feedback what so ever, my thinking for this was I'm sure he is going to be good & reasonable to get on the ladder with feedbacks. His quote was not the cheapest but fair. He produced his badge and insurance both of which I have copies for my records. (I also checked him out with Napit registration.) In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians but I have read about Napit and have seen it growing over the last few years. Anyway back to the job and feedback for Mehdi . His price was accepted for the job. Mehdi gave me a date and time and arrived 10 minutes early. The job was completed and an invoice and Napit minor works certificate supplied. After this I asked Medhi if he could do an electrical safety test for one of my properties that was becoming due. Again date and time was kept and the test carried out and a Napit Safety Certificate supplied. As a person/electrician he is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I have today given his number to one of the managing agents that I deal with.

Shaun provided a very prompt and efficient service. He carried out detailed checks on the boiler from which there were intermittent smell of gas reported. All potential causes were addressed and the work was carried out seamlessly. The price was competitive as well. All in all, very happy with the service provided.

Communication with Tom was very friendly and efficient from the start and he was able to fit this little job in his schedule quite soon. He was great with his professional advice and the standard of his work is high. Tom went out of his way to buy coloured cable trunking for the job which I thought was very thoughtful and has saved me a lot of work trying to paint it. I would definitely hire Tom again and can recommend him for electrical jobs.
