Stay clear of this person as he is not experienced builder and do not fulfill his commitments after taking money. Don't hire this tradesman unless you want someone not to turn up on agreed date and time or you want to chase him again and again without him picking up your phone calls or answering them.. My garden shed was leaking from the side. Amarjeet recommended to put new flashing on the garden shed roof to fix it. However, after putting flashing, the garden shed continued to leak from the same area he had put the flashing. He said this time the cause of leak were the joints which he failed to look into earlier. So, he fixed that. After second fix, the shed again leaked, this time directly under the flashing he had put. When I asked him to fix it, he refused saying that the issue is with the joints and not the flashing. I told him that I had hired him to fix the water leak and not the flashing or joints. I even said that I will pay him if the issue is different. After ringing him several times and then agreeing a date and time with him, he didn't turn up. He is not a professional or experienced builder. Having now spoken to another builder, they suggested that the issue is that the water is somehow going under the flashing he had put. There is a bigger problem of the water standing on the roof which needs to be fixed first and which this builder failed to notice. Unfortunately, I will have to pay another builder to complete his work!

We had a extensive work done in the garden and Floyd was doing all the electrical work and lighting for us. We had border lighting around the whole area, step lights, we have two very large willow trees that Floyd managed to get lights to which now look fantastic as well as getting subtle lighting to the bridge which goes over a small stream. We are extremely happy with everything that Floyd did from quotation through to completion. Everything was always discussed with us first and any changes we made to the original plan was never a bother for Floyd. He kept us up to date of finances due to us changing things and was always very professional and extremely reliable. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend Floyd in the future.

SIMPLY THE BEST !! Hi The Soffits, Fascia’s, and Rain gutter had perished at the back of the house about 4 Meters in length. Recently I had discussed the work with the window installers, who informed me that Soffits and Guttering should cost between 30-80 per meter. Several roofers gave a quote, they all tried the same game, i.e. look up breath in deeply, let out a whistle and shake their head, “That’s a job and a half” one said, “I maybe able to do it but so busy it will be expensive" also “You will need the whole side of the house under scaffold to comply with H&S Reg” and even “Going to have to take half the roof tiles off to get to the Soffits” and it will cost £2000 Why Why Why do British builders, mechanics, tradespersons try this pathetic blackmail technique, it’s as if they are doing you a favour to even conceder what you want?? Then along came Taner with such a positive attitude, what a breath of fresh air, smiling he quickly checked the situation and job, and not only by looking up, he even went up on the roof and inspected and measured the job at close range. He gave me the price I had expected and said he could do the work tomorrow He arrived early and in the rain completed the work in 5 hours The quality of his workmanship is superb, such a true professional I am very happy. I know who I will be using for all jobs in the future, and if anyone wants to pop over and see for themselves how good the work is just let me know ☺ I am in Hemel Hempstead
