In terms of the work, the guys did a quick turnaround on the job with my roof being completed in around 7days. Billy kept me up to date on the progress each day as they use a team of other people. All in all, I was happy with the work. However upon completion, I noticed that all three of my bedroom windows have been severely scratched where some cement has been removed with a tool by one of the team. Billy and Charlton are not wanting to accept ownership, and as I paid them the entire amount of money the moment their van left my drive - I now have no other choice than a small claims court as I’ve not heard anything after chasing multiple times. Really disappointed as whilst they worked on my roof, I also got them extra work with my next door neighbour who also gave them feedback that there were nails and mess left on their driveway post them completing.

Quoted £1950 initially, agreed cost at £1800 for 13, 6ft fence panels and concrete post, next day after few hrs they said will cost 250 more as didn't realize it is more work than planned, So agreed to do 13 fence at £2000. After 3 days of work, installed 5 ft fence panels (not 6ft) which are not straight and at uneven in height. They have left cement and mud all over the grass and not really cleared. Fences look like being put by a 2 yr old , irregular, stitched up and wonky after spending £2000 on it. Recommend staying away, I got quotes ranging from 1450 to 2400, should have seen prior reviews beforehand. They did do the fences after 3 days though they usually stared working after 1-2 in afternoon and not earlier. Hope this honest review helps others In making a informed decision.

Stuart at top floor conversions did a fantastic job at fitting a new loft hatch complete with ladder, light, moving our landing ceiling light, and boarding the attic floor. They were very professional, nothing was too much trouble - even with our very wonky house(!). They did a fantastic job clearing and cleaning after, and installing the new hatch and ladder. They did all the work within the day - big thanks to both of you! I could not recommend them enough!

Shane is a fine example of how a Business owner should deal with his/her customers, hired Shane and his team very recently to install new front and rear windows and doors at parents home, Shane was very thorough in measuring up, very good communication throughout and attention to detail as well as answering questions in simple terms and guiding us through the job. The windows and doors look great, completely changed the look of the home! Great workmanship also. All were very tidy throughout and cleaned up at end of day, prepared the floors with protective material also. My parents felt very comfortable with having the team around the house. The windows and doors are of good solid quality and weight. Shane and Co will be coming back again to install some internal doors as part of an additional job. I would highly recommend Glacier Glazing to transform your home and provide a great service and workmanship of great quality!
