Unique Lofts created a dormer loft with ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle in our mid-terrace 2 bed house. The team Mark allocated completed the structure of the loft within 5 weeks, faster than their estimation of 6 weeks. All trades persons used by or recommend by unique we're courteous, professional and considerate when we had to work from home. The main structure budget costed exactly as budgeted and all other costs were outlined in the quote. Communication with the build team and Mark was really good and they always answered any questions or concerns I had. The work done has been complimented by all who have seen it and we are still very happy with our new loft room. I am happy to recommend Unique Lofts and Mark to anyone who is considering the big task of converting their loft.

Brady & Cesar did an excellent job hanging/painting six internal doors. The door frames weren’t straight, which made the job more challenging, but they took the time to get everything just right. They were meticulous in their work, covering the floor to protect our home and ensuring everything was clean afterward. Great service from Andrew. Shower had developed a fault that was causing the RCD to trip. He was perfectly punctual and also observed social distancing whilst diagnosing the problem. He and his colleague Daniel kept me informed throughout the job and, when the fault turned out to be with the shower itself, fitted the replacement a few days later. Great service and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

Tonin came to fit my Hive thermostat. Unfortunately on the first visit he realised the boiler had a broken part which needed to be replaced, as well as it being in an awkward place to work. Given time constraints and need for spare part he offered to order the part and come back another day. Part ordered and he came back to do the work. Hive successfully installed despite the tricky position of the boiler. Was very helpful in getting the system up and running and making sure the hive was working as expected (the installation worked but the hive unit itself was being a bit slow). Tonin got the job done while being very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.
