Derek was very efficient and pleasant. He came straight away to look at the job, gave me good advice to get new door, which he has now fitted. It was not a simple job but Derek was a perfectionist in fitting the new door well. At all times he communicated with me about the job and the time when he would do it. We were very impressed with Alud and Mike. They took just 3 hours to create a loft hatch and install a loft ladder for us. The standard of work and quality of materials was excellent. They laid a polythene product to protect our new carpets, didn’t leave the front door wide open whilst doing the work. Mark has proved to be an excellent choice for the design and build of our kitchen extension project. The project is not yet complete but has so far progressed without a single hitch. Mark has always proved to be very professional, punctual, and his ideas and input has been very creative and worthwhile, with drawings completed promptly and accurately.
