Initially I was very happy with Christians work I had asked him to do . I then asked him to do some other jobs for me and I paid him for doing them . One of them was to change a damaged sink in my bathroom . Everything appeared to be fine so I paid him in full . He told me not to use the sink for 24 hours to make sure that sealant was completely dry . When I used the sink the following day, water was literally pouring out from underneath the sink into the drawers of vanity unit. I called him and told him what had happened and he said he would come and fix it . He didn’t turn up when he said he would so I called again and he promised me he would come and fix it . Again he didn’t turn up and again no explanation or apology ! I tried messaging and calling many times over the next 7 days but he has never replied or returned any of my messages . I have waited over a month before writing this feedback on here , giving him chance to fix the problem but I have not heard a word from him ! He was paid the money he asked me for but has not completed the work he was paid to do . In my opinion he is no better than a common thief and I would never recommend him to anyone as he is obviously not an honest person .

Proud build limited (Sebastian) did a full refurb on on my new 2 bed flat, it needed a lot of work as the property was not looked after at all, included the kitchen, there bathroom, new skirting, flooring I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was able to deliver tans exceed my expectations, his work was excellent and great detail on the finish touches, I revalued my property after the work and due to the excellent work my value went up by Nearly %30!!! really happy with the work and will 100% be using him again.

Greg recently completed a full bathroom renovation for us including replacement of all fixtures, new tiling, painting and finishing. We're very happy with the final result - Greg was punctual, diligent and had great communication throughout the project. On top of this, he's a lovely, pleasant guy. Will definitely hire Greg again for other jobs and recommend others to do the same.

I had the pleasure of Charlie and Kurt coming to do some work for me at one of my properties as the place hadn’t been touched in years and needed some serious TLC! They had replaced the ceiling in the bathroom, redone the decking and refitted some appliances as well as repairing the pointing outside and redecorating the entire house. This was a big job as the house is old and had defects all over in awkward places but they made sure to complete all touch ups to ensure the finish was to a good standard. They even tidied up the garden and had replaced some benches I had outside for free which was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend them for any jobs locally big or small! Thanks again guys :)

I have a 1960s 130 square metre terraced house in ealing broadway. All the walls and ceilings were really bad as had not been decorated for decades. My tenants had painted some walls a terrible grey colour, put up horrible wallpaper as well as doing an awful paintjob on my fence in the garden. I put up a mybuilder request and negotiated with 5+ builders. I chose Julian as his pricing was the most competitive, but not a ridiculous cheap offer and because I had a good feeling about him from his reviews and our first phone conversation. He did a great job, prepping, sanding, plastering ceilings and walls where needed, replacing and touching up skirting boards, painting my garage, external balcony, fences and fixing and painting my damp hall entrance. He had great attention to detail, did a very professional job and was fair in his pricing when extra things came up during the job. I highly recommend him and am very pleased I chose him.
