I am a female tiler from Southampton originally. My husband and I have recently moved to Bournemouth after getting married and would prefer to work closer to home than commute back to Southampton too much. The name Tiler Swift is a new and improved name to appeal to all but especially those who are fellow Swifties! I love tiling and have been doing it self employed for over 5 years now after being extremely bored in my office job. I am a hard worker and love to transform peoples kitchens/bathrooms. Customer relations and communication throughout the process is extremely important to me and something I value highly. Many trades people forget or don't bother to keep the customer in the loop with arrival times, decisions throughout the job etc. I aim to keep the customer completely in the loop at all stages and am happy to advise on patterns/colours etc but respect that it is the customers final choice.
