Full renovation with side extension, including: drainage/foundations, internal and external walls, main & flat roofs, windows, full bathroom & kitchen fit and landscaping front/back gardens. I don't normally write reviews but I felt obligated to because I have finally found a trustworthy and reliable builder with outstanding workmanship! I have been let down and taken advantage of by builders before but I can not recommend Sanj and his team highly enough. Sanj managed the project from start to finish, he liaised with the architect, local planning and Building Control as well as sourcing all the materials to ensure all the works were completed on time and to standard. It meant I didn't need to be "hands on" or give up any of my time. Sanj and his team were always punctual and never left our job for another until it was finished which meant the build was completed on time and to the agreed reasonable quote. Sanj and his team were always friendly and polite and always made time for use if we had any questions. Thanks again to Sanj and his team.

I am incredibly pleased with the work Richard has carried out for me. He was able to accommodate my request at an incredibly short notice and was communicated excellently when quoting for the work. Upon arrival he carried out the work above and beyond what I was expecting and explained every step of what he was doing, as well as giving his own advice on some other smaller jobs which I could carry out myself. He was very polite, he even worked through his lunch to get the work finished and most importantly was very tidy! It was raining outside which meant he had to mix his plaster indoors but I couldn’t find a speck of dust when he left. I would highly recommend Richard and will certainly be using him again.

Decided to fill in the wall in the end and Andy was on hand to make that as smooth as possible! Left him the keys and he cracked on with the work while I was down in London. Waited for me to get there to inspect the work before he left. Would recommend!

I hired the tradesman to carry out floor tiling for a Kitchen and two bathrooms. We had purchased all the materials and tiles and the tradesman came out about two/three times to look at the tiles and the work to carry out. We had a very competitive quote. It was clear they were knowledgeable and even with the language barrier they understood. They carried out the work to a great standard, were very polite, cleaned after themselves and were very punctual. The only few observations I had were; 1. They advised midway through carrying out the work if we wanted tiles under the toilets. We said yes and were charged an additional £180, to remove both toilets. This was unexpected, especially been to our house more than once and did not include this in the quote!! Was not happy!! 2. When removing the toilet downstairs, they left it in the middle of the garden all night, I had to cover it up 3. They left the waste hole open for the bathroom, which left and unpleasant smell around the house, so we ended up covering this ourselves 4. They placed our kitchen skirting in the garden and did not bring back in, we had to bring it in 5. The tiling in the bathroom upstairs is not cut to perfection and you can tell if you look close enough, they do not line up exactly. Even with the above observations, I would say their quality of work is good and would recommend them but my only advice is to make sure the quote includes everything, with no suprises
