❌ WARNING: Absolute Rip-Off – Avoid Khan Flooring! ❌ I hired Khan Flooring for a £400 job. The moment they arrived, they held the work hostage, claiming the floor was too uneven. They charged me extra £750 for "levelling" on the spot before they would even start. Nearly triple the price later, the work is a total joke: Floor is still uneven: As you can see in the photo, there is still a massive, visible gap running right under the skirting. Unfinished job: They completely abandoned the skirting fitting, which always a part of flooring. Never mentioned even once at the quoting stage that skirting is not included but walked away without doing the skirting saying it wasn't written anywhere. They took £1,150, failed to fix the core problem, and left the job half-done. Do not trust their quotes. Avoid this company at all costs!

John is a nice and professional builder, after an appointment, he came to quote the job and brought the material he is going to use. To my surprise he even changed a cover of drain free of charge which should not in the job scope. 100 percent recommended, you won’t lose money and waste time and the job is guaranteed if you use John.
