Our process and services include; 1. Free initial consultation/site visit. We always recommend an in-person visit to see your property or site, and discuss your requirements in detail. You will be able to ask questions and at the same time we will explain the full process from design and planning to construction and handover, addressing any concerns 2. Survey and design. The survey is where the fun begins. This may involve a detailed measured survey of your existing property or a site. The information will be used to develop an accurate 3D model which allows us to compare directly between existing and proposed designs. 3. Planning. We are skilled at navigating planning policy which informs the design. Once a design is signed off, the project will be submitted to planning for approval. The preparation and hard work pays off and the vision becomes reality. The contractor builds the project from the approved plans.
