We are a building company specialising in home extensions, loft and garage conversions, and internal alterations. We plan, manage and build projects that add usable space without the usual drift in time or cost. Once the site is ready, construction is programmed around a clear 30-day window, with materials ordered, trades booked and Building Regulations agreed before we start. You get a written schedule, a fixed scope and one point of contact from first visit to handover. We carry out rear, side and wraparound extensions, kitchen knock-throughs, stud walls, steel installations and chimney-breast removals. Structural work follows the engineer’s details, and Building Control is involved where required. Party Wall notices are served when work affects a shared wall. Garage and loft conversions are finished as real rooms: insulation, a damp-proof membrane, fire escape, ventilation and lighting for a habitable room, not a workshop. Quotes are itemised. VAT, where it applies, is shown on the whole quote so the figure you accept is the figure you pay. Public liability insurance is in place, and subcontractors work under our responsibility. If the programme slips, we tell you early and agree the next step with you.
