Roofing (Pitched)- 3 Apr 2024
Had our roof replaced with Straightline, top quality service. As always with a big job like that, problems popped up and things didn’t always go right. We’re in one of the most exposed spots on Portland and got hit by one of the biggest storms of the year just as our roof was off, resulting in a bit of a leak. Credit to Josh and the team - they were out of bed and at my house at 1 in the morning, in the driving rain and howling winds, and got up there to make it right. Also insisted on paying to get the ceiling underneath repainted even though we were planning to do it anyway and didn’t mind. 10/10 on communication, customer service and workmanship. Cannot recommend highly enough. He should also probably charge more, I say this with reluctance as these guys will be my go to for building services going forward 😂

Roofing (Pitched)- 10 May 2024
C A Roofing came out to assess the work required on a leaking roof causing internal flooding (post Storm Ciaran Oct 2023) and was able to give an initial indication of what repairs were needed. Chris proved correct in his assessment and his subsequent quote comparable to others obtained. He was employed and proved to be diligent and knowledgeable. Thus his roofing skills were used for further flashing repairs and repointing of two chimneys. All done to a satisfactory standard. Hence C A Roofing can be a company worth considering for reliable roofing repairs.

Sean answered our posting promptly and provided a detailed summary of the proposed work and costings which we accepted. The job entailed lifting and removing some broken stone around our front doorstep and replacing with a concrete slab to provide a base for replacing the step and paving. The work was completed within 3 days and was excellent in all respects. This now provides a firm base for future development of this area. Highly recommended -10/10.
