We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

Ernest did complete the job but did not fix the doors into the integrated fridge freezer and with review of the job, the unit isn't actually straight or installed securely. I would not use again.

Arvi and his amazing team have been painting for me for some 15 years! Nothing is too much trouble - a small garden wall; a 1 bedroom flat between tenants, our entire 5 bedroom house in London before we moved in and most recently another 5 bedroom house (which he drove over an hour a day to come each way) and had only 2 weeks to complete. Arvi and his team are superb painters; they buy all the paint, they are clean, courteous and a pleasure to have around. Nothing is too much trouble...Arvi also wallpapered 3 rooms for me in this latest property and one in particular was very tricky textured wallpaper but he smiles his way through, works long hours and never demands so much as a cup of tea. I'm slightly reluctant to recommend him as maybe he will be too busy to help me out again...! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Arvi and his team.

Our experience with Mr Szabo was a total disaster. Clearly the worst we have ever experienced. Mr Szabo's project management for our little garden project was almost non-existent and his sub-contracted workers from Hungary, who couldn't speak any English, did a catastrophic job. As we now learned from professional bricklayers, they even used the wrong sand! They left the project half-finished and were exceptionally aggressive and rude to us and our neighbours. All brickwork had to be torn down and completely rebuild by professional bricklayers. It was the worst work they had ever seen and the worst experience we've ever had.

We did not need to cover any furniture he did an amazing job of this and kept everything paint free. He was efficient in replying back to messages and arrived promptly every day.
