Mike and Carl did a fantastic job on our heritage building, repointing brickwork and reseating chimney stacks, fixing roof and ridge tiles, weather sealing the entire house with waterproof spray as well as re plumbing a leaky towel rail, always respecting the age and unique needs of the old building. Work was completed to a super standard and Mike was always professional, friendly and above all totally trustworthy, I knew we could rely on both of them not only to do a good job but to give us the most honest views. Not only would I highly recommend Mike and Carl at NWPM, I have already done so and he has completed bathroom and building work at 3 of our neighbours on our recommendation.

Work was originally scheduled to start 4th June but only began on 26th June as Sutton Ltd were very busy on a number of other, larger projects. The crew who attended were good skilled workmen who worked hard in difficult conditions during the heatwave. New concreted passageway was meant to eliminate rainwater 'pooling' on surface. The first time we had some rain (2 weeks after works finished) it was apparent something was wrong as surface water had not run off as expected. We sent a photo to Paul Sutton (co-owner of Sutton Ltd who had been dealing with us by text & phone after accepting job) but sadly he decided they had finished the job to the agreed specifications and that was an end to it. We had by then paid their bill. We wrote to him once more but no reply. We weren't happy to be 'off-loaded' in this way by Paul Sutton because he reckoned the job was done properly. He was never here during the work nor did he come to inspect it when finished. Later, he informed us that one of the 2 men working here on the last day was in fact his younger brother, Phillip Sutton, so it must have been Phil who 'signed off' on the job, but we had no idea. P.S. We've since had another company here to rectify the problem. They highlighted a glaring fault. Using a spirit level they found half the new surface was sloped backwards, so rainwater couldn't run off as intended. Have learned the hard way but at nearly 80 we're not taking matters further. Problem now sorted!

I work as a part-time property developer and I hired Cheltenham Tiling Services (Robert Gannon) to carry out a minor piece of work in my newly refitted kitchen using plain white tiles, about 6sqm in all. The quality of his finished work was astonishingly poor, it was hard for me to believe such a smorgasbord of problems could be created in a small space. Certainly inexcusable for an ‘advanced tiler’ who self-reported that he was happy with this outcome. The main areas of complaint were as follows; Missing grout between tiles and trim Ragged top edge of cut tiles left exposed underneath wall cabinets Silicone sealant smeared on worktop and tiles, and not properly smoothed through A couple of electrical sockets couldn’t be reinstated due to tiles having been laid too near the backbox Robert later acknowledged my complaints, claimed they were “simple oversights” and proposed to come back in future. I have no time in my schedule to accommodate his re-working efforts nor confidence in his ability to achieve a satisfactory outcome. My first sour experience on MyBuilder. Please consider carefully whether Mr Gannon’s low standards are appropriate for your project!

What a super guy and top tradesman !!! Had Chris in to tile pub toilets for a pub refit I was doing in the centre of Bath . I supplied plans and Chris gave me a fair and reasonable price . Due to fast track nature of the job those plans completely changed as soon as Chris was on site !! But complete credit to Chris he got on with the job in very awkward conditions and his work was better than first class !! extras were added and he pulled out all the stops to get the job done !! I really cant thank him enough !! his tiling and grouting are best I've seen ( over 20 years in this business ) and Chris has a very good eye for detail and pride in his finished job . Would highly recommend Chris !! top guy and top tiler !!!

Very polite and professional service from Feehan Electrical. Carried out drilling and installation work for our new-build kitchen extractor with great care and attention.
