The preparation work before we start a floor is the most important factor because having this done right allows the flooring to done correctly and gives the high finish at the end. Each floor is different in every house from the preparation work to the wood the customer has chosen. I cover the full central belt of Scotland. Hi, I work for a company doing plumbing work in my main job. I have been doing plumbing for over 30 years. I am doing this for extra money on the side, outside of normal Monday to Friday work although I can I can do work Monday to Friday after 5pm. I have a lot of specialist knowledge and very good at my job. I offer washing machine repairs, dishwasher repairs ,electric oven repairs, and fridge/freezer repairs too. I currently hold my my Domestic Gas certification and I am now recently registered with Gas Safe Registration, my Gas Safe Registration number is 975400. I am now able to offer Heating Boiler repairs , all plumbing repairs including Gas Heating Boilers and other gas appliances like cookers etc will be offered. All work will carry a standard 1 year warranty. Unless the manufacturer is offering a longer warranty such as 3 years then the warranty period will be extended to cover the longer warranty period. Rates are £60 per hour. Weekdays or Weekends. £70 per hour midnight to 7am.
