Glad I picked the guy. I have hired people before from mybuilder, and i just dont leave any review at all. Id ratehr not say anthing. but if they are good adn patient, and do above and beyond then it should be noted. Crisitan wen back to his house to get extra materials to complete the job and never wanted any more money. He was very technical and explained why he did what he did. I would recommend and I will use him again when the time comes. Not a chancer, as there are chancers on mybuilder.

An excellent and reliable builder. James of J&M builders came out to see the job and was very knowledgeable and informative as to my questions about what I could and couldn’t do. The job was first class and finished to a high quality and ahead of schedule. The tradesmen were absolutely brilliant and we are very pleased indeed, an added bonus is that the work was done while we were away and we returned to a very tidy house and they even disposed of some rubbish left over from a previous DIY project. I would highly recommend J&M builders for any work needing done and we will definitely be using James and the team in our next project.

The job was at my mother's house. As she is elderly and disabled I organised it for her. It was to roughcast one two storey back wall, a one storey kitchen extension plus an out building and stairwell. Patryk turned up to quote for the work at the agreed time and discuss it with me. He then was polite enough to talk it through with my mother in my presence so she understood what was required and what decisions had to be made e.g. colour of stones and paint. Patryk took measurements, etc and said he would send a quote to myself by email. That very night an invoice arrived by email. Which was agreeable and great to get so quickly. So often quotes never arrive. Patryk then agreed to drop off sample stone segments and a catalogue to help my mum choose colours. He did this very soon after which really helped. Once the job was agreed and a date set to start Patryk got all the equipment himself. No need for me to visit builders merchants and buy stuff I am unsure of and have to transport in my own car. He then turned up for it. Early, and really just got on with it. Due to my mum's disability she can only use the back entrance to house where he was working and needs to use disability aids (handrails). Having been told this after each day he would clear and clean a path for her and re-assemble the disability aids (which had to come off for the work). My mother greatly appreciated this. At the end he cleared all the debris very soon after completion and my mother was very pleased with the job (and still is). So to summarise. I found Patryk's work to be impeccable, his time keeping and basically turning up when said he would was a joy, I have rarely found this with other workmen. His English is also perfect which was a real bonus, especially when dealing with the elderly. I wish him well with this site and his business.
