We booked Ashley Brumwell (Ash) through a friend to come and take down and replace a water damaged kitchen ceiling. He arrived prompt on the arranged day and set about laying down plastic sheeting and dust covers on the floor and kitchen units. He taped the unit doors and also the main door leading to the rest of the house. He removed the damaged ceiling with little effort and then had to wait for the electricians to do an electrical first fit, unfortunately they were held up on an emergency task and this knocked Ash's plans. After the electricians left he replaced the plaster boards with the aid of an associate: the real plastering skill then began. He worked hard throughout the afternoon stopping for the odd cup of tea. A considerate worker who kept us informed of his progress. He went about the task with quiet confidence, nothing was to much trouble, he demonstrated a high degree of professionalism through the job, his plastering skill and ability were beyond reproach. On completion, he removed all rubbish, removed the protective coverings and swept up leaving little mess (we were expecting a total mess). Ash was a consumate professional who took great pride in his work, we were totally happy with the out come. The job met all our expectations, he supplied all materials and proved to do a first class job for what we considered a reasonable fee. We have no hesitation in highly recommending him to any prospective employer and will no doubt use him again in the future.

Couldn’t be happier with the garage conversion work completed by Liam. Liam turned up, as promised and on time for the quote and each day to the job. It was easy to discuss my requirements and he listened to what I had to say and gave suggestions when I was unsure. The work was completed on time (earlier than planned), mess was kept to a minimum and everything was to the initial plan. Would highly recommend and will definitely keep in my contact list for repeat work. Thanks!

Dave Market (DMP Building Solutions) came originally to view a lounge extension I was intending on building but we agreed on a kitchen extension due to front elevation restrictions imposed by the council. He talked us through the process and gave us a very positive vibe. He put us in contact with a surveyor and we went through a lengthy planning process which stalled our build for approx 9 months. No fault of Dave. The build started in July and completed in October. Council Building Inspectors threw a few curve balls in and Dave also had a few personnel changes to his team during the build, however his dedication and professionalism never wavered from the goal. We now have a beautiful extension with a sloping roof incorporating a velux window. A nicely tiled floor and panelled ceiling along with new additional units, tiling, plumbing, woodwork, plastering all done to a very high standard. Where Dave finds issues or wants professional assistance he has a wide range of experts at hand including, roofers, electricians, gas specialist, window/door fitter, kitchen fitters. He doesn't make do with tasks he uses these professionals to ensure things are done right. The outside has been finished in matching brick and slate with white pvc pipework and guttering. All very easy on the eye. I'd recommend DMP solutions to anybody wishing to have an extension built and I'm sure other work would also be completed to just as high a standard.

Really pleased with the work. The team removed the old loft insulation, boarded the loft, and fitted new thermal insulation wrap. Everything was done professionally, on time, and to a very high standard. They were polite, tidy, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
