Came out and was just meant to be a look and a quote. But thought the job could be done in an hour and quoted a price lower than we were expecting. Really friendly and professional, explained everything he was doing and gave some good advice for some future optional fixes. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again for any future works.

I asked Dean to so a small job for my elderly parents, which he did. I then asked him to fit a new shower for them, which he priced up and we agreed a date. He asked for the money for the materials upfront and for the rest on completion. Having agreed a date and I arranged to be there (200 miles away) to minimise upset to my parents, he said he'd had a bereavement. I was understanding, and we later arranged another date. He again cancelled after I'd arranged work around being there, claiming transport issues. I said that it wasn't going to work, as I needed to,be able to rely he'd be there when I had to go to great lengths to be there at the agreed dates. He has now ghosted me, owing £995. I will now have to make a claim via small claims court. Absolutely reprehensible behaviour.

Phil Oxely , the plasterer . When you phone him to make an appoitment for a job , at first he said he would call. Next time he said he would call me back and didn't bother , why does he advertise for work if he has no intention of doing the work . He will never have to scrimp and save to make ends meet , why piss genuine people in this manner . I won't bother with your site again .

It’s now 4 weeks since I hired this “plasterer”, I had to get him back as his skimming was atrocious, he actually said it would paint in even after he had skimmed some of the parts of my hall stairs and landing. It has taken me a further 3 weeks to sand refill and actually skim some of the walls myself to get it into a nearly presentable state. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM and I definitely would not have him back. He said I was the first person to ever complain but if you had seen the state of the walls I find this hard to believe. Beware do not hire

Joe is fantastic and very proud of his work. He was a good time keeper and always very polite and courteous. There was a problem with the tiles I had bought from Tecaz however Joe was amazing and understanding even though it meant a days work lost for him. He even took me to a tile shop to help me buy some alternative tiles. The job is fantastic. I couldn’t fault it at all. They worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up after too. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a good tiler.

Was dubious of hiring someone with 0 feedback, although with quotes from 3 different people we still decided to hire Leo and Nathan and there is no regret in that choice. The pair have been extremely friendly, hard-working, helpful and professional. The quotes given have been more than fair for all the tasks done and I will certainly continue using and recommending Amps Electrical to anyone that requires a good duo of electricians. I find it difficult to fully express how impressed I was with how genuine and helpful they both were, if we had any question relating to the house, they were more than happy to comply, communication was extremely easy and responses were swift. Again I would like to recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.
