Krystian Lutynski of Handyimprovements has just completed 2 jobs for us, the main one being realigning several kitchen cupboard doors, a drawer and a really complicated double bin drawer. He did an excellent job and we are very happy to recommend him. He's also extremely helpful and a very nice man who we wouldn't hesitate to contact again for any future home issues we encounter.

Tom repaired a damaged corner section of my front garden wall and did a really good job. He was professional, tidy, and took the initiative to source matching bricks when needed. Despite being early in his career, his workmanship was solid and he handled weather delays sensibly. Very happy with the result and would recommend.

There was a very minor problem with one of the items assembled, but when I contacted him he came back to fix it immediately. Paul at Rizer Developments was the first company to reply to my request for a builder. Paul was very quick to give us a very competitive quote and was happy to finish off the part built extension to the front of our property after a poor performance by another builder who was discharged. Rizer Developments started the kitchen extension in February as they said they would, we then had a global pandemic and shut down, not a good time to start any building project! Paul and his men somehow managed to get hold of the materials when they could. Throughout the project Paul and his men were very respectful of us still living in the house. Paul was always available if there was any questions we needed to be answered and also kept us informed throughout the build. The standard of their workmanship is a major credit to him and his workforce. We will have no problems ever asking Rizer Developments to come and do any future projects. Rizer Developments are 100% trustworthy which is so nice to see and can still exist in our modern day world. Many thanks for all you have done to make our house now a home. Peter and Carol Lewis.

We hired Daniel to retile our bathroom and fit a new bathtub. Ultimately we had to get someone else in to start the job again as a number of tiles were falling off the wall (one had smashed the new bath too). It turns out that the walls were not at all prepped....some of the tiles had been stuck on with the equivalent of 'no more nails'. The rest had been back buttered with a very thin layer of adhesive on the back middle of the tile and silicone in places. The tiles were unsafe as they were not bonded to the wall so would have fallen off in time. The tile cuts were not straight on some walls, the spaces between tiles were not level and ultimately the tiles did not line up in a number of places. Furthermore, I purchased 20 boxes of tiles, the idea was the downstairs toilet could be done at a later date ...all 20 boxes were used. The bathroom has now been re-done, I purchased new boxes of tiles as the majority of the old ones couldn't be used again and only 8 boxes have been used so it's really concerning that an extra 12 boxes have gone missing....I can see on the CCTV a stack were put into Daniels van so either 12 boxes have been wasted and damaged or they have just been taken. Overall, it was a massive waste of time and money but, My Builder were really helpful when we had to raise our concerns to them.
